We've written this page to make shopping with us as clear and straightforward as possible. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the information below.

Ordering
All orders are subject to product availability.
While we make every effort to keep our website accurate and up to date, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement, store credit or full refund where appropriate.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions or website content at any time.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Prices include GST where applicable for New Zealand customers.
Payments are processed securely using the payment methods available during checkout.
From time to time we may offer seasonal collections, limited releases or promotional offers. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Standard shipping - $12
Australia
Flat Rate - $25
Orders are generally packed within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier services or seasonal demand.
Products Available Only in New Zealand
Certain products, including Pouatu Mānuka Honey, are available only within New Zealand due to export regulations or food shipping requirements.
Products that cannot legally be shipped internationally will not be available for purchase outside New Zealand.
Returns & Refunds
Because tea and honey are food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once products have been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or something isn't right, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order.
Where appropriate we'll arrange a replacement, store credit or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Our Tea
Tea is a natural agricultural product.
Flavour, aroma and appearance may naturally vary between harvests, seasons and batches. These natural variations are part of what makes estate-crafted tea unique and are not considered defects.
Our tasting notes are intended as a guide only.
Many of our whole-leaf pyramid tea bags can be enjoyed over multiple infusions depending on the blend and your preferred brewing style.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be redeemed online for eligible purchases.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
If your purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method.

From time to time we may offer:

Unless otherwise stated:
• Promotions cannot be combined.
• Offers are available while stocks last.
